About radIX Day

Envisaged as a forum to meet with fellow writers from the non-Genesys community for the purpose of sharing knowledge and exploring innovations in technical writing, radIX Day was first held in 2019.
Every year, we have been holding the event since then and the fourth edition of radIX Day was held on January 08, 2022.
Now we would like to invite you to the fifth edition of this event (and the second one in 2022).
